Salary: Rs. 1, 00, 000.00 basic plus Conveyance
allowance (2 wheeler) per annum (basic salary rises to Rs. 1, 20, 000.00 per
annum after successful completion of your 6 month probationary period).

Working Hours: Based on an average of 72hrs per week working between the hours of 0600-0100 Monday to Sunday (straight shifts).
Please note that there is a 1 week training course for this role which will commence on 15th January 2010 and will be Monday-Friday (between the hours of 0830-2200hrs). We are unable to accommodate any leave during this time.

Role Purpose:

If you've already got Customer or Client Service, Telesales or Sales experience, that’s great. But what we're also really interested in is your personality, confidence and energy. As a Contact Center Sales Advisor you'll be the frontline of Balloonman – the party people, taking inbound calls enquiry calls from new and existing customers. Although you will handle approx 100 calls a day you'll make each customer feel special by identifying their needs and matching them to our unique range of products and services. This is a sales role and therefore is target focused. If you have the natural ability to close deals and hit targets, this is the job for you!

Responsibilities:
|
Maximise the sales potential of every call
ensuring that individual performance targets for conversion rate, percentage of
ancillary sales against bookings and call quality are either met or exceeded. •
Maximise productive ‘phone time’ while working in the contact center, through
achieving calls per productive hour target. Possess the skill to bring the
Balloonman product to life and promote the benefits of the Balloonman
experience. Understand and work towards the Contact Center and Balloonman’
business objectives Put the customer at the center of every communication, and
to match the benefits of the Balloonman’ offer against the customer needs on
every call. Be consistently aware of all Product enhancements and understand
specific promotional and advertising campaigns, their objectives, calling and
procedural requirements. Always behave in a professional and effective manner
when dealing with customers to provide a first class service. Play a full and
active role in the Center coaching programme, ensuring that individual coaching
objectives are met and your skill level is consistently developed. Discuss and
agree targets with your Sales team Leader and regularly report back and discuss
your sales performance against target. Attend, participate in and contribute to
team meetings and briefings.

Requirements:
|
Experience in a Telesales environment is desirable.
Educated to 10 + 2 or equivalent, with high proficiency in spoken & written
English. Proven customer service experience is essential. Experience of working
to agreed targets is an advantage. Ability to work under pressure, whilst
maintaining accuracy Excellent communication skills. The ability to build
rapport with customers so you will be able to bring the Balloonman product to
life. Ability to be able to question a customer confidently to identify their
needs. An aptitude to learn. Team player.
