1. What cities does Balloonman.in serve?
|
|
Balloonman.in currently offers service in India only. Shortly commencing services
to Australia, Canada, UK & USA. Our destination maps show where service is provided.

2.Can I customize my order?
|
|
Yes, customers may create their own bouquet from a large selection of individual
balloons. Click here for customising options.

3. How do I place an order?
|
|
Using the following steps, placing an order is quick and easy.
|
|
A. Use the Postal Identification Number PIN search feature in the left column of
this page to confirm availability of service on the desired date.
B. After confirming that service is available, navigate to the Catalog and begin
adding items to your cart.
C. During the checkout process, use the COMMENTS box of the order form to provide
details that may assist us in preparing and delivering your order. We will do our
best to accommodate special requests, but for guaranteed acceptance of special requests,
please place your order by phone.
D. The delivery charge, processing fee, and applicable taxes will appear in your
summary page before you submit credit card information.
E. After submitting your order you will receive an email confirmation and your order
will be delivered as requested.

4. What are all of the charges related to placing an order?
|
|
India - delivery charge starting from Rs. 300.00 flat for each
delivery.
Timed delivery (1 hour slot) charges are Rs. 500.00 extra
Midnight delivery is chargeable @ Rs. 1000.00 extra No processing fees
for India deliveries.

5. How can I learn the delivery charge before placing my order?
|
|
The delivery charge for Standard Delivery Service ranges from $6 to $15 (American
Dollars).
The delivery charge will appear on the order summary page where it can be
viewed before submitting an order. Customers may call prior to placing an order
to learn the delivery charge for a particular Postal Identification Number PIN.

6. Why is my billing Postal Identification Number modified in my order summary?
|
|
PIN codes will usually be shortened on the summary page for both the billing and
delivery address. Do not attempt to re-enter this information. Your credit card
processing will not be affected by
these changes.

7. Will you deliver what I see or will substitutions be made?
|
|
The product descriptions identify those products which may be substituted with a
similar product of equal or greater value. If it is necessary to make any other
substitution, the customer will be
contacted for approval.

8. How late can I place an order?
|
|
The availability of delivery slots varies from city to city and day to day. To see
if service is available when you need it, use the PIN code search feature in the
left column of this page.

9. Are same-day orders possible?
|
|
Yes, in some cases. If not, next day service is generally available. Availability
of same day and next day service can be confirmed using the PIN Code search feature
in the left column of this page or by calling our helpline # 0999 01 51000.

10. How far in advance can I place an order?
|
|
Online orders may be placed 1 month / 30 days in advance for any city served. To
place an order more than 1 month / 30 days in advance, please contact us by email
or phone & you can also use the 1 year slot calendar.

11. What are the delivery time options?
|
|
Online shopping offers the following time frame deliveries. 8 AM - 6 PM Tighter
time frames can be arranged for an additional charge, subject to schedule availability.

12. How can I confirm that an order has been delivered?
|
|

13. What are Balloonman.in office hours?
|
|
Indian Standard Time: 0800 hrs till 1800 hrs

14. What is the cancellation policy?
|
|
Most orders can be cancelled for a $10 service charge, or re-scheduled without charge,
providing the order has not been dispatched.
|

15. Can Balloonman.in deliver to schools and hospitals?
|
|
Many schools and hospitals have restrictions on balloon deliveries. Please contact
the respective institution for approval, prior to ordering.
|
|
16. What happens if the recipient is not present upon delivery?
|
|
Because many of us leave work early to celebrate special occasions, customers are
encouraged to check that the recipient will be present during the scheduled delivery
time. When the recipient is absent from a place of business, we will leave the balloons
unless directed to do otherwise. With residential deliveries we use one of following
procedures. Prior to delivery we will call the recipient’s phone number provided
by the customer to ensure that someone will be available to accept the delivery.
If no one answers but a message recorder is available, we will request a call back.
If we have not heard a response by the end of the day, we will contact the customer.
In some cases we may proceed to the delivery without calling first. If no one is
home, we will leave the delivery at the residence, if there appears to be a safe
location, or with a neighbor or building manager, notifying the customer and the
recipient by phone and/or email. If it is not possible to leave the balloons at
the delivery location, the balloons will be returned to the shop and we will notify
both the customer and the recipient by phone and/or email, and if possible, leave
a written notice at the delivery address. At that point, two options are available
— we will redeliver the balloons for an additional delivery charge or hold the balloons
at the shop until they can be picked up by the recipient.

17. How long will balloons float?
|
|
Float times vary depending on many factors. Check the FLOAT TIME link in the description
of each product for more detailed information.

18. What is Hi-Float™?
|
|
Hi-Float™ is a liquid sealant used to coat the interior surface of latex balloons
and reduce the speed at which helium escapes through the latex pores. When applied
to balloons to be used indoors, it can increase the float time by several days.
Hi-Float™ is non-toxic and water soluble.

19. How can I prevent balloons from popping?
|
|
Avoid exposure to direct sunlight, sharp or hot objects, and some ceilings. Before
releasing a group of balloons to float on the ceiling, release two or three as a
test.

20. How do I decide upon a Balloon Bouquet?
|
